For a fee of $250, we will: 1) Come to your home, disconnect your computer, and bring it back to our lab.  2) Inspect your computer and thoroughly diagnose all problems.  3) Call you within 2-3 business days with our findings.  4) Perform only the repairs and/or upgrades, which you approve*, and  5) Return it to your home and re-connect your repaired computer!

*A callback may take more than 3 business days, depending on the number and complexity of the problems discovered.  Some problems can be repaired during the diagnosis at no additional charge.  If replacement parts and/or extensive labor are required, we’ll call you with our discounted repair cost and obtain your authorization before proceeding with the additional repairs.
